Shipping
Eligible Colab-fulfilled U.S. orders currently offer $8 standard shipping under $70, free standard shipping at $70+, and $15 express shipping. International and partner rates are calculated at checkout.
Multi-vendor orders can arrive in separate packages. Checkout and your Locker are authoritative for each shipment.

Eligible items may be requested for return within 30 days of receipt and must be unused or unworn, with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase.
Custom or personalized goods, sale items, gift cards, and other listed exceptions may not be returnable. Contact us before sending anything back.

Review active memberships, billing, and renewal details or open the secure billing portal to cancel at the end of the current period.
Academy support
Open your Locker for Academy membership and access details. For billing, coaching, or content questions, send us the Academy name and a short description.
Something else
Tell Colab Sports what happened and include an order number or Academy name when relevant. Our support inbox is monitored each business day.
